We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

 Responsibilities:
  • Completes assessments, administers appropriate screenings, injections, medications, and documents in the electronic health record
  • Collaborates with member of the team and external providers to ensures coordination and monitoring of medical and behavioral health services
  • Provides education on medication, wellness and health issues to consumers, providers, family members and staff
  • Assists in planning, linking, advocacy
Qualifications:     
  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing education program 
  • Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Registered Nurse 
  • One to two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred experience working with individuals with mental illness
  • Must possess excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently
