Low T Center is a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Our Mid-Level Providers play an important role in delivering high-quality, personalized care while helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Provider, you will work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to provide comprehensive patient care. You’ll support patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including:

  • Hormone replacement therapy
  • Weight management
  • Sleep apnea management
  • Hypertension management
  • Low libido and related wellness concerns

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, confident, technologically savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
  • Current DEA license required
  • Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
  • Ability to explain medical conditions and treatment plans in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Comfortable working with technology and supporting clinic operations
  • Must be willing and able to travel between both the Hot Springs and Little Rock locations
  • Must be available to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday-Friday training
  • Must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
    • In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required
