Overview
We are looking for personable, organized, and service-driven individuals to join our growing virtual team as Client Experience Advisor.
In this role, you will serve as a consistent point of contact for travelers as they move from their first vacation inquiry through planning and preparation. Your focus will be on understanding each client's expectations, providing thoughtful assistance, coordinating requested travel services, and making sure clients feel informed throughout their experience.
You may assist individuals, couples, families, and groups with resort stays, cruises, celebrations, weekend trips, tours, family vacations, romantic getaways, and international travel.
A background in the travel industry is not necessary. Training and ongoing guidance are available for individuals who are interested in developing their skills in customer relations, travel planning, and client support.
Your Role
- Welcome new client inquiries and learn what travelers are hoping to accomplish with their vacation
- Ask thoughtful questions about destinations, dates, interests, preferences, budgets, and special requests
- Research travel experiences that complement each client's priorities
- Explore accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and vacation packages
- Organize suitable choices and communicate recommendations in an easy-to-understand format
- Help clients compare available experiences and determine which options best meet their needs
- Assist with coordinating selected travel arrangements through approved supplier resources
- Keep clients informed about confirmations, upcoming deadlines, required information, and next steps
- Prepare and organize itinerary details and other relevant travel information
- Follow up with clients throughout the planning process to keep arrangements moving forward
- Respond to questions regarding existing reservations and upcoming travel
- Assist with routine booking updates, modifications, and special requests when applicable
- Communicate professionally using phone, email, messaging applications, and virtual platforms
- Coordinate with travel partners when additional reservation information or assistance is required
- Review booking records carefully to ensure client information and travel details are correct
- Maintain organized records of conversations, preferences, reservations, and follow-up activity
- Continue learning about destinations, travel products, supplier programs, and current vacation opportunities
- Deliver consistent service designed to encourage client satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals

- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
