Position Summary...

Drives execution of multiple business plans and operational improvement initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs, developing priorities, and removing barriers impacting performance. Leads complex projects and process improvement efforts, ensuring effective implementation, sustainability, and measurable outcomes while supporting continuous learning and adaptability across operations.

About the team:

The Supply Chain Specialty Division is a cross-functional operations organization within Walmart’s supply chain network that enables the execution and performance of diverse, high-complexity business lines—including areas such as hardlines, optical, print, and specialty distribution—by aligning field operations, transportation, engineering, and support functions under a unified structure. The division focuses on delivering consistent, scalable operational processes across multiple facilities and business models, with an emphasis on standardization, execution discipline, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with strategy, people, finance, and compliance teams to ensure strong associate experience and reliable customer outcomes across the network.

What you'll do...

  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, prioritizing initiatives, and removing barriers to performance.
  • Lead multiple projects by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Analyze operational data to establish performance standards, measure progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage governance of project plans, including tracking risks, resolving issues, and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that are simple, scalable, and sustainable across facilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on improvement solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Lead content and communication initiatives by developing tools, templates, and resources that support execution and consistency.
  • Ensure content governance standards are met through auditing, tracking, and continuous refinement of communication methods.
  • Drive behavior change by ensuring proper controls, tools, and training are in place to support new processes.
  • Develop and lead teams by providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and belonging.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
