Position Summary...

The Sr. Manager, Safety plays a key role in driving risk reduction through design, overseeing the execution of safety projects and initiatives with a strong technical and engineering focus. While the role does not require a formal engineering degree, an understanding of engineering principles and design processes is essential. This position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to enhance workplace safety, service, and product capabilities.

What you'll do...

Lead safety projects focused on risk reduction through design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to ensure project success.

Monitor progress, address risks, and implement technical solutions.

Communicate plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Drive process improvements and maintain project documentation.

Supervise and develop team members, promoting a culture of safety and belonging.

Experience in program or project management, ideally in safety or technical fields.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
