The Sr. Manager, Safety plays a key role in driving risk reduction through design, overseeing the execution of safety projects and initiatives with a strong technical and engineering focus. While the role does not require a formal engineering degree, an understanding of engineering principles and design processes is essential. This position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to enhance workplace safety, service, and product capabilities.What you'll do...
- Lead safety projects focused on risk reduction through design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to ensure project success.
- Monitor progress, address risks, and implement technical solutions.
- Communicate plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive process improvements and maintain project documentation.
- Supervise and develop team members, promoting a culture of safety and belonging.
- Experience in program or project management, ideally in safety or technical fields.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of engineering and design principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
