The team leads merchandising and purchasing for RV accessories and automotive coolant, focusing on category strategy and financial management to meet business goals. What you'll do:

Provide administrative support for supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders within assigned categories.
Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and facilitate the setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
Own execution of customer communication and education programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of product content.
Analyze category performance data to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting activities.
Develop and implement approved promotional features and modular assortment strategies.
Support item setup, pricing recommendations, and sample management processes.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive business solutions and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
Knowledge of category strategy development and execution to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
