Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation and development of omni-retail strategies driving toward your clients goals using data driven, customer centric decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the client, and other stakeholders to integrate customer insights into overall client strategies, optimize retail channels, and develop effective retail campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assume full responsibility for managing your client: the entire meeting lifecycle (client preparation, communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, etc.), development and maintenance of project management (defining project scope, goals, deliverables, etc.) and timelines.
  • Communicate with external partners to gather information, influence decisions and address complex problems by consulting with other pillars, promoting collaboration and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Maintain, update and audit platform items and lead your client set in the basic operational requirements of retailers.
  • Efficiently communicate sales trends, competitive insights, and creative solutions to brand challenges, tactfully handle ad hoc client questions, and maintain a proactive approach, ensuring positive client perception and support for the team.
  • Collect and analyze market and industry data, staying current on omni retail trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvements to enhance efficiency and the client and team experiences.
  • May have responsibility to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of employees, managing work assignments, financial responsibility, providing assistance and instructions as needed, and ensuring their successful performance.
  • Present data-driven recommendations with tact and accountability, while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Able to handle the impact of errors on the company’s prestige, relationship, and end results by being responsible for the profitability, revenue, margin, etc. for your client set.



Qualifications

  • 5 years of related work experience – with some from CPG
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability of excellent sound judgement, professionalism, and effective (verbal & written) communication
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – ability to pivot quickly, a curiosity to learn, and a sense of ownership and confidence in leading clients and cross functional partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite - specifically in PowerPoint Deck Creation & Excel Workbook Manipulation
  • Ability to both take and give constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth
  • Expertise in Amazon OR Walmart platforms: Vendor & Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link & Supplier Center
  • Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and demanding work environment, overseeing multiple moving pieces, decisions, conflicting priorities, and diverse relationships.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in manipulating data through excel to tell a story.
  • Possess strong analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking skills in varied situations, coupled with tact and reasoning, enabling effective problem discussion, data presentation, and responsible decision-making.
  • Expertise in developing visually appealing, effective and data driven communication with detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of managing people effectively by providing a clear vision, conflict resolution, and development opportunities to ensure the success of your team.
  • Understands financial responsibility and the management of funds and inventory.
  • Exudes the character traits: hungry, humble, EQ, excellence, transparency, relationship, ownership & teamwork
