Summary of Responsibilities:  The Digital Key Account Manager is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, digital execution, and overall business performance for Walmart and Sam’s Club, primarily focused on Walmart.com and SamsClub.com, with a strong emphasis on omni-channel performance. This role will drive sustainable, profitable growth through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account leadership.  The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and business acumen, with proven experience navigating Walmart’s complex omni-channel ecosystem and influencing cross-functional teams. They will serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across merchandising, digital content, brand marketing, supply chain, forecasting, logistics, finance, and operations to deliver a best-in-class digital and in-store experience.    Key Job Responsibilities:  Strategic Leadership & Account Growth  Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that drive revenue, margin expansion, and long-term digital and omni-channel growth for Walmart and Sam’s Club.   Partner with Walmart and Sam’s Club merchandising, digital, and marketing leadership to identify growth opportunities and shape Joint Business Plans (JBPs).   Own P&L responsibility for Walmart and Sam’s Club in coordination with supporting functions, optimizing sales, inventory, and profitability.   Serve as a digital thought leader driving best practices in online merchandising, digital shelf optimization, content strategy, and omni-channel execution.   Provide leadership to shared service functions supporting Walmart & Sam’s including digital content, forecasting, logistics, brand marketing, and finance.  Sales, Analytics & Insights  Analyze POS, Retail Link data, digital traffic, conversion, event results, and promotional performance to identify trends and actionable insights.   Leverage analytics tools to evaluate performance, refine tactics, and inform future strategies across online and in-store channels.   Create and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, margin, and KPI performance reports with strategic commentary and recommendations.   Cross-Functional Collaboration  Partner with global business, brand, and eCommerce marketing teams to develop and execute promotional and product strategies aligned with Walmart and Sam’s Club objectives.   Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure new product launches, pricing, content readiness, and availability meet Walmart’s digital and in-store requirements.   Work closely with brand management and product management to support a robust digital and omni-channel product roadmap and channel strategy.   Align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless execution across merchandising, store operations, supply chain, and finance.  Customer Relationship Management  Serve as the primary digital point of contact for Walmart and Sam’s Club, building strong partnerships at all levels of the customer organization.   Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans, modular line reviews, digital programs, and promotional initiatives to deliver agreed pro formas.  Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the customer and internal business units, translating customer needs into actionable strategies.  QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.  5–8 years of experience in eCommerce, omni-channel, or retail account management, ideally within big-box or mass merchant environments.   Strong understanding of Walmart and Sam’s Club omni-channel operations, online merchandising, digital marketing, and eCommerce execution.   Proven track record of delivering growth and profitability through strategic account management and Joint Business Planning.   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, financial management, and performance reporting.   Experience with Walmart systems and tools (Retail Link, Luminate, Supplier Center) preferred.   Experience within tools, hardware, or outdoor power equipment categories preferred but not required.     Supervisory Responsibility:  This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.      Travel:  This position requires up to 25% travel; some weekend events; some international.     Work Environment:  This job operates in professional office, retail, and outdoor environments as well as virtually. Expect to work 3-5 days/week in the office and 0-2 days/week virtually when not traveling. Chervon North America operates in a casual and fun environment.
