The Director of Pricing Data  – Merchandise Excellence is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision for pricing data, analytics, and capabilities across all merchandising business units. Sitting at the intersection of customer expectations, enterprise data strategy, business transformation, and technology innovation, you will lead the development of foundational data ecosystems that power Walmart’s omni-channel pricing advantage.

This role goes beyond execution—requiring enterprise-level thinking, organizational influence, and the ability to architect scalable solutions that unlock competitive differentiation. You will lead high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships to reimagine how pricing data is structured, governed, and leveraged to deliver best-in-class customer value through EDLP.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing Data – Merchandise Excellence, you will set strategic direction, influence executive decision-making, and ensure alignment between data, product, and business strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
