This role partners with cross-functional leaders to interpret accounting standards, advise on strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial processes that support scalable, compliant growth.About the Team
The Technical Accounting team ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting by interpreting accounting standards and providing guidance on complex transactions and business initiatives. Partnering closely with finance, operations, and external stakeholders, the team drives compliance, strengthens controls, and enables informed decision-making. This role plays a key part in supporting scalable growth while maintaining high standards of financial governance and accountability.
What you'll do...
- Oversee technical accounting, financial reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standardsÂ
- Evaluate complex transactions, provide accounting guidance, and advise on financial impacts of strategic initiativesÂ
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readinessÂ
- Lead budgeting support, balance sheet reviews, and variance analysis to inform business decisionsÂ
- Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting accuracyÂ

- Strong experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit within complex organizationsÂ

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
