As part of the Brand + Marketing team at HFA, you'll play a vital role in creating visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and for the digital environment. This is a marketing role that will report to the Director of Brand + Marketing. Our "Work from Anywhere" approach supports the idea that great work can be done from any location. Originally headquartered in Bentonville, HFA has added five studios across the U.S, including Baltimore, Boston, and Fort Worth, and one in Mexico City. We have grown to include team members who conduct high-quality work from wherever they are. Roles & Responsibilities: · Develop the design and content for marketing materials such as advertising, e-blasts, signage, and limited marketing pieces as needed with focus on digital user experience. · Collaborate with the Brand Team on internal and external campaigns. · Support Client Partnerships Team by populating proposals and creating presentations for client engagement. · Create graphics and animations for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text. · Revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process. · Prepare print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval. · Responsible for creating and editing layouts using PowerPoint, InDesign, Word, Photoshop, or Illustrator. · Stay current on design trends, technologies, and usability.
