As Manager, Operations –Shopper & InHome Transformation and Growth, you will help drive initiatives that improve the end-to-end shopping and delivery journey for customers, shoppers, and field teams. This role will support roadmap development, partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and help bring new capabilities to life that improve customer experience, shopper productivity, and cost-to-serve.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and turning ideas into measurable impact at scale. The team leads cross-functional initiatives to drive transformation and growth for Shopper and InHome, focusing on enhancing business efficiency and operational excellence. They manage complex projects, analyze data to support strategic decisions, and develop innovative solutions aligned with evolving business needs. Collaborating closely with internal partners, the team ensures effective execution while upholding high standards of integrity and performance. Emphasizing continuous improvement, they foster a results-driven environment that promotes accountability, effective communication, and development to deliver value and advance Walmart’s mission.
What you'll do...
- Support the development and execution of a multi-quarter transformation roadmap across Shopper and InHome experiences.
- Identify marketplace and operational opportunities using data, AI enabled insights, customer/shopper feedback, and field input.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to design, test, and scale solutions.
- Manage multiple operational workstreams by building project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Evaluate trade-offs across speed, cost, experience, and operational complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable business insights.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled prototypes, pilots, and testing to validate solutions and scale measurable impact.
- Proven ability to partner with Product and Tech teams to deliver operational or platform improvements.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive continuous improv

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
