What you'll do:

Support execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and communicating priorities effectively.
Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and associate training content.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and update content as needed.
Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
Promote compliance with policies and uphold company values through transparent communication and ethical leadership.
Foster continuous improvement by embracing new tools and adapting to organizational changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
