What you'll do...
- Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Develop and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Manage cross-functional projects by leveraging data, benchmarking best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation while communicating status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive change initiatives by making data-driven recommendations and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resolution of critical issues.
- Establish and audit consistent project workflows and standards for deliverables.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
