What you'll do...

Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
Develop and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
Manage cross-functional projects by leveraging data, benchmarking best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation while communicating status to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive change initiatives by making data-driven recommendations and fostering collaboration across teams.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resolution of critical issues.
Establish and audit consistent project workflows and standards for deliverables.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
