What you'll do...

Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads enterprise-wide inventory planning and execution to optimize product availability, cost, and speed. This role directs strategic supplier partnerships, demand forecasting, and allocation strategies to support sales and profitability objectives. By driving root cause analysis and recovery plans, the position ensures high in-stock performance and mitigates supply disruptions. The role also oversees team development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory health and operational excellence across the network, aligning with company values and business priorities.
About the team:
Our team delivers a carefully curated Patio & Garden assortment aligned with customer needs. Utilizing data analysis and customer insights, we guide category management decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize inventory flow, financial forecasting, demand planning, and product selection. Focused on continuous improvement and innovation, the team supports strategic initiatives and maintains strong category performance. Together, we ensure seamless shopping experiences by aligning assortment strategies with market trends and customer preferences, enabling effective decision-making and operational excellence across inventory and supply chain management.
What you'll do:
  • Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
  • Oversee launch forecasts, seasonal and promotional planning, ensuring inventory alignment with enterprise objectives and merchandising priorities.
  • Direct root cause analysis and recovery strategies to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health.
  • Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing availability, cost, and speed across channels and markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed inventory strategies that reduce costs and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and high execution standards.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, and replenishment strategies within complex retail environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and enterprise technology to optimize inventory flows and improve availability and cost efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in root cause analysis, exception management, and execution of recovery plans to sustain high in-stock performance.
  • Strategic leadership skills to align supply plans with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across networks.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence partners and deliver measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
