Summary/Responsibilities: Monitor all software applications; Acts as a liaison between the Circuit Clerk/County IT Department to ensure proper integration of applications comply with current networking processes in place and with any troubleshooting issues that may arise. Responsible for all technical support to the Circuit Clerk and end users. Functions as a technical liaison between software vendors and the Clerk. Initiates all upgrades to all current software applications; Maintain system documentation; Set up and assist with all new user accounts internal/external; Maintains appropriate controls and audit logs to ensure compliance with Legislative Audit requirements; Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.Â

Education Requirements/Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of basic computer operating systems. A bachelor degree preferred in computer science or related field, but will accept Associates Degree  or 3 to 5 years’ experience in information technology.
