About the team:Our team builds scalable, high-impact digital solutions that power daily operations across club locations. We develop platforms that help associates and managers manage day-to-day work, gain visibility into performance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Our work directly supports frontline teams and improves both operational execution and member satisfaction at scale. **Immigration support is Not available for this role.**
What you'll do:
- Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that challenge the status quo.
- Support the business by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, system implications, and guiding users to appropriate resources.
- Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, action planning, resolution execution, and comprehensive documentation.
- Apply current expertise to improve action plans, align with business goals, and advocate best practices.
- Build stakeholder partnerships, implement business solutions, adapt to change, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
- Develop high-performance, scalable big data ETL solutions.

- Python (Data Engineering workflows)
- Integration, Functional, Unit, Contract, Performance testing
- SonarQubeÂ
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, trunk-based development, SQL Server, GCP Big Query
- Service migrations (.NET/Java → Node.js), multi-tenancy
- Python and PySpark knowledge is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
