What you'll do...

You will serve as a senior technical leader – responsible for developing robust automation support models and mechanisms, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies and processes in live operations. The role partners closely with Integration, Engineering, Operations, Operations Support, Product, and Vendors to prepare facilities and teams for automation go-lives.Â

This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. A full relocation package may be available; remote applicants are not being considered.Â
- Drive vendor performance and technical coordination across vendors and Automation Support Associates (ASA) by establishing robust processes and procedures for rapid triage, escalation and issue resolution to ensure system availability and performance Â
- Lead the safety product council in partnership of vendors and internal safety and compliance leadership to proactively address associate safety risksÂ
- Provide technical leadership to ASA leaders and trainers by demonstrating hands-on proficiency in automated systems, enabling confident execution and adoption at the site levelÂ
- Lead the design and optimization of associate work methods, process flows, and role clarity, partnering with MHE vendors to deliver scalable fulfillment operationsÂ
- Develop and manage integrated deployment timelines across construction, product/systems, and people (hiring, training, readiness) to ensure successful multi-site launchesÂ
- Build and refine operating models that align labor standards, automation, and volume assumptions, leveraging data and simulation to deliver actionable insights and inform profit & loss (P&L) performanceÂ
- Partner with store leadership to enable adoption, optimize execution, and sustain performance against key automation and operational metricsÂ
- Build and scale standardized processes through playbooks and training to enable repeatable, efficient deployment across all APD formatsÂ

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
