Role summary:The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence. The Global Governance Tech team delivers advanced Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting supply chain initiatives through agile, cloud-native development. The team emphasizes innovation, quality, and scalable software aligned with business objectives. Members collaborate to design, develop, and maintain solutions across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. The team values strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic environment. Focused on continuous learning and collaboration, the team drives impactful results that enhance customer and business outcomes while ensuring maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
 What you'll do:
- Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps architecture and continuous improvement.
- Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
- Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.

- Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
- Proven expertise in DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native platform design.
- Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical execution, operational delivery, and system scalability with high availability.
- Proficiency in AI/ML integration and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent while promoting technical quality and continuous improvement.
- Sound technical judgment with adaptability to evolving technologies and complex system architectures.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
