Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the role guides architectural decisions, mentors engineering talent, and manages complex technical initiatives to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions that meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
  About the team:
The Global Governance Tech team delivers advanced Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting supply chain initiatives through agile, cloud-native development. The team emphasizes innovation, quality, and scalable software aligned with business objectives. Members collaborate to design, develop, and maintain solutions across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. The team values strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic environment. Focused on continuous learning and collaboration, the team drives impactful results that enhance customer and business outcomes while ensuring maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
  What you'll do:
  • Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps architecture and continuous improvement.
  • Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
  • Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications...
