What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with coding standards and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines to ensure project success.
- Implement automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to optimize reliability and scalability.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to ensure quality deliverables.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and Java, with strong technical acumen in platform design and API development.
- Proven expertise in frontend programming with React and React Native
- Experience in iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Skilled in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Proficient in developing and executing test cases, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and automation scripting to enhance development efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
