What you'll do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with coding standards and security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines to ensure project success.
Implement automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to optimize reliability and scalability.
Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to ensure quality deliverables.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and Java, with strong technical acumen in platform design and API development.
Proven expertise in frontend programming with React and React Native
Experience in iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Skilled in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
Proficient in developing and executing test cases, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and automation scripting to enhance development efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
