What you'll do...
Role summary:As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of scalable technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions to enhance system performance. This role involves managing projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following established standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and mentorship to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance with security policies.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to support quality assurance efforts.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in software design, development, and debugging using object-oriented programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong technical acumen with expertise in API design, platform development, and iterative delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and automation scripting.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis to implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of testing strategies, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to peers.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
