Role summary:The (USA) Software Engineer III plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Conduct unit testing, defect management, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to optimize system stability and scalability.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and API design.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience managing small to large-sized projects, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, and mobile application frameworks.
- Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strong documentation, testing, and debugging capabilities to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
