What you'll do:

Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams using appropriate channels.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program delivery.
Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks including monitoring, alerting, and release management.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to plan and deliver multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, software platforms, and service management concepts including ITIL.
Ability to independently manage risks, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies while driving program execution and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to build alignment, communicate progress, and resolve issues across teams.
Analytical problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data, identify solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication skills to prepare clear reports and engage with technical and business audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
