The Senior Manager, Claims Management - Quality Assurance at Walmart Claims Services leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across the full claims lifecycle. This role shapes quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and partners with senior stakeholders to reduce risk, improve outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance at scale. It’s an opportunity to influence how quality is embedded into operations—not just measured—within a complex, high-volume claims environment.You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. What you'll do...
- Set and lead quality assurance strategy across intake, investigation, medical management, RTW, and compliance.
- Establish QA standards, audit frameworks, and performance metrics to drive consistency and regulatory adherence.
- Analyze quality trends to identify root causes, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence process, training, and technology enhancements.
- Deep experience in claims operations quality assurance within workers’ compensation, liability, or TPA environments.
- Proven success designing and scaling QA frameworks for large, complex operations.
- Strong command of regulatory compliance, audit methodology, and risk controls.
- Ability to translate data into executive-level insights and influence senior stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
