Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory Integrity Analyst I-II based at our Berea, KY manufacturing plant.Â

What you will do:Â
Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedulesÂ
Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical inventoryÂ
Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and SupervisorÂ
Participate in meetings to review findings, corrective actions, and process improvementsÂ
Support ongoing evaluation of inventory accuracy processes and recommend improvementsÂ
Investigate recurring inventory discrepancies to identify root causes, providing support at Level I and leading efforts at Level IIÂ
Track, follow up on, and oversee corrective actions, with Level II ensuring resolution effectiveness and reevaluating as neededÂ
Contribute to and drive process improvements related to inventory accuracy, with Level II recommending and leading enhancements to inventory integrity practicesÂ

What you will need:Â
Level IÂ
High School diploma required.Â
College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred.Â
1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.Â
Â
Level IIÂ
High School diploma required.Â
College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred.Â
3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.Â
Â
Skills, Experience, & Abilities      Â
Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets, including ExcelÂ
Understanding of inventory systems and product structuresÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
APICS training or certification preferredÂ
Root cause analysis skills, with Level I focused on basic issue identification and Level II performing more complex and in-depth analysisÂ
Data analysis capabilities, with Level I handling basic data tasks and Level II interpreting and leveraging data to support decision-makingÂ
