At H2 Health Berea, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our clinic provides comprehensive outpatient therapy services, including physical and occupational therapy, with specialty programs designed to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the daily operations of the clinic run smoothly.

Your Role
  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic calendars.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
  • Collect patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Process patient payments and balance daily transactions.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and referral sources.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative and front office responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or medical office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Competitive hourly pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
