Join our school-age staff today and help create a safe, supportive environment where kids can grow outside of school hours.   Locations Hiring: 555 West Bagley Rd. in Berea, Ohio:  split shift 7am - 9:30am and 1pm - 5:30/6pm M-F 13850 Triskett Rd in Cleveland, Ohio:  after school only M-F 2500 Colorado Ave in Lorain, Ohio afternoons 2-6pm M-F   Pay Rate Range:  $14.00 to 15.50 per hour.     Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher with daily lesson plans and classroom activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.   Supervise children and support classroom management in accordance with licensing standards. Track attendance and other required documentation. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment. Assist with meals, classroom support, and daily routines. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate records. Work collaboratively with staff while supporting children’s individual needs. Perform other duties as assigned.  QualificationsRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children preferred.
