Demonstrate your ability to be a team player.Â
Run food to table in a timely and efficient manner. Â
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Â
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Â
Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed. Â
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Â
Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Â
Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies. Â
Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Â
Attend monthly departmental meetings.Â
Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar.Â
Follow opening & closing side work sheet for food runner position Â
Demonstrate Superior Teamwork Skills- this position interfaces with many different members of the team.Â
Always provide the highest quality of service to guests. Â
Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management. Â
What are we looking for?
Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Â
Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule to include weekdays, weekends, AM, PM, split shifts, and holidays. This is a nighttime intensive position working primarily dinner shift hours.Â
Strong customer service skills. Â
Thorough knowledge of menus. Â
