This role supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization and efficiency in all guest rooms, public areas and back of the house spaces. It also involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality control, managing inventory and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
路聽聽聽聽 Assist in overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, laundry and public area cleaning.
路聽聽聽聽 Ensure all areas meet the hotel鈥檚 cleanliness and presentation standards.
路聽聽聽聽 Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control. 聽
路聽聽聽聽 Implement and enforce hotel brand standards, health regulations and safety protocols.
路聽聽聽聽 Assist with the recruitment, training and supervision of the housekeeping staff.
路聽聽聽聽 Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among associates.
路聽聽聽聽 Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
路聽聽聽聽 Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and guest amenities.
路聽聽聽聽 Ensure lost and found procedures are followed.
路聽聽聽聽 Work closely with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to enhance the guest experience.
