Atlas Home Health intentionally builds and maintains an excellent pool of caregivers so that we can quickly match the right caregiver with the right client as new cases begin. Completing the onboarding process now allows you to be fully prepared for upcoming assignments.
Compensation: Pay of $25-$30/hour depending on experience. Fulltime employees entitled to 3 Weeks PTO/Year plus sick time, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and 401K matching.
Location:Â Atlas Home Health headquarters is located in Napa, CA, and we serve clients across the following counties:

About the Role
As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will work to ensure client dignity, comfort, and independence. You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.

Job Responsibilities
 Your duties may include the following:

- Bathing
- Meal planning and preparation
- Transferring/Ambulating
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Assisting with medication that the client self-administers
- Transportation assistance
 Position Qualifications/Requirements
- Active on the California Home Care Aide Registry (found here)
- One-year experience in home care, hospital, or nursing home setting preferred
- Willing to obtain Basic Life Support CPR/AED certification
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Empathy for the needs of the ill, frail, and impaired
- Tact, patience, and good personal hygiene
- Willingness to submit a Livescan Fingerprint clearance and statement of prior criminal convictions
- Willingness to attain a TB Screening
- At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile preferred
