Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Pharmacist Inpatient for 13-week travel / contract positions in Berlin, NH

Position Details:

Position Name: Pharmacist Inpatient 

Location: Berlin, New Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length:13 weeks 

Pay Rate: $3120 Weekly Gross pay for a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift available: Days 

Schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, 5 X 8-hr shifts, Every 3rd weekend (Sat/Sun - 8a - 1p)

Minimum 2 years current/recent hospital  pharmacist experience – Required

Will  consider 1 year experience if all of it is in a hospital setting with MediTech EMR experience

Critical Access Hospital experience – Highly Preferred

Travel experience - Highly preferred

MediTech experience – Highly preferred

Omnicell experience – Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy  - Required
  
• Pharmacist license for NH – Required (Can apply upon offer) 
  
• Must provide current state license if NH license not in hand
  
• BLS Certifications - Required
  

Job Description: 

• Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and safely
  
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriate usage
  
• Provide patients with expert knowledge and advice on the use of prescribed medications.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
  
• Adhere to pharmacy best practices and compliance standards
  
• Facility has ICU, L&D , M/S, ED that this Pharmacist would support. 
  
• Must be able to work independently
