REGISTERED NURSE
 Full‑Time Professional
 Location: Salisbury, MD and surrounding counties
 Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually
 Schedule: 4-day, 36 hour work week (Monday–Thursday)

Qualifications:
- Personal stability, flexibility, energy, and commitment to working effectively and respectfully with clients with severe mental illness.
- Credentials as Registered Nurse (RN) authorized under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, with current license and insurance.Â
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination.
- Valid full driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.Â
- Using electronic medical records, input data and following through seeing services to their completion.Â
- Take part in all agency training programs as requested.
- Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both with the staff and, with client permission, outside agencies.
- Review and ensure the doctor's orders are being followed by clients.
- Confirm medication compliance and medications are refilled timely.
- Provide skilled nursing services as scheduled.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation/treatment plans and staff in serving the client’s needs.
- Provide health promotion and training as requested.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Authority:
Position reports to the Director of Residential Rehabilitation Services, who provides administrative supervision, schedules, assignments, and evaluations. The Director of Nursing provides clinical supervision.
