The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care within our primary care setting. You will collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams to support patients across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients of all ages
- Assist with triage, patient education, care coordination and patient follow-up
- Administer immunizations and medications in accordance with clinical protocols
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments within scope
- Collect and process laboratory specimens and perform point of care testing
- Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, respectful, and inclusive care
- Experience in primary care, outpatient, or community health is preferred but not required
