Accelerator is Mars Snacking's growth engine, focused on unlocking growth across high-potential categories and brands. Reporting to the Tasty & Wholesome Portfolio Growth & Marketing Lead, the Eggo Brand Director is responsible for leading the Eggo business within Mars' Accelerator division, which includes KIND, Tru Fru, Nature's Bakery, and newly acquired Kellanova brands. This role owns both short-term business performance and long-term brand growth strategy, driving brand plans, marketing execution, and sustainable growth for one of the portfolio's most iconic brands. Mars is seeking a passionate, collaborative leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help shape the future of the business while making a positive impact on consumers, customers, and communities.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Brand Vision & Strategy – Own the strategic vision and core brand foundations for Eggo.
  • Drive Sustainable Growth – Deliver sustainable long-term growth by increasing penetration, strengthening brand equity, and optimizing marketing mix performance.
  • Business Performance & P&L Ownership – Deliver financial results by partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and make informed P&L decisions.
  • Strategic Growth Planning – Develop and execute long-term growth strategies, a sustainable growth model, and annual business plans for the Eggo brand while driving cross-functional alignment and activation.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development – Lead, coach, and develop a team of six marketers while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Consumer-Centric Marketing Leadership – Serve as the voice of the consumer, translating insights into impactful marketing strategies and leading cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Innovation, Insights & Analytics, Media, and Omni-Channel teams to deliver integrated full-funnel marketing plans.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field strongly valued.
  • Progressive marketing leadership experience, including experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management, including brand strategy, innovation, and business growth leadership.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders and company executives.

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $192,000 – $288,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
