What You’ll Be Doing:
Hands-on maintenance work – Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.).
Preparing vacant units – Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks.
Keeping properties in top shape – Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants.
️ Preventative maintenance & inspections – Support the team with upkeep and equipment checks.
Special projects – Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements.
Shop & supply management – Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.
Safety & security – Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment.
What We’re Looking For:

✅ A positive attitude – Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are key.
✅ Physical capability – Ability to lift, clean, and perform maintenance tasks.
✅ Flexibility – Availability to work as needed.
✅ A valid driver’s license (if applicable).
✅ Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (or a willingness to learn!).
