Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Survey Project Manager to their Chicago office. You will be part of a great culture and team environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide team leadership and supervise staff
Assist with business development for new and existing clients
Develop budgets/proposals
Track costs/project budgets
Manage multiple large projects simultaneously
Plat creation, boundary calculations, and oversight
Research public records (at recorders office/online)

Requirements:

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
8+ years of land surveyor experience working in Illinois
Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center
Ability to operate Trimble robotic total station and Trimble GPS equipment

Salary is commensurate with experience.
