Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to their Chicago team!

Responsibilities:

Develop hydraulic models of water distribution systems
Conduct advanced hydraulic modeling to inform infrastructure planning and optimize operations
Lead preparation of water system master plans
Evaluate/design potable water facilities and water mains
Manage water distribution system study/design projects
Perform quality control reviews of water models, reports, and/or design
Lead teams of project engineers and technical support staff
Prepare plans/specifications for construction
Represent firm at municipal meetings
Prepare competitive proposals and participate in client interviews
Assist with business development activities

Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in potable water system analysis/design
Illinois P.E. License (or the ability to obtain through reciprocity)
Experience in potable water hydraulic modeling, including master planning
Experience in delivering detailed water system design/plan preparation
Proficient with ArcGIS and WaterGEMS and/or InfoWater Pro

Salary is commensurate with experience.
