Capsule Operator

Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: Based on experience

Status: Full-time
Hours: 12-hour shift

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work only 15 days per month)

Company-paid international training: travel, hotel accommodation, and per-diem

**US Passport and Chinese Visa costs reimbursed by employer. Must be able to travel to China for an estimated 45 days for training upon hire.**

What You’ll Do

Perform pre-start checks and startup operations
Prepare glue/gel solutions for capsule production
Monitor equipment to ensure continuous and stable production
Conduct daily inspections and basic troubleshooting
Identify and report equipment or product issues promptly
Measure product parameters and inspect for quality defects
Maintain accurate production and shift handoff documentation
Perform inventory counts of production parts and materials
Follow all GMP, SOP, safety, and sanitation requirements

What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production environments)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and work in warm/humid conditions
Must be eligible to obtain a valid U.S. passport and Chinese visa
Ability to travel internationally for approximately 45 days for training in China at the beginning of employment
