As a Parts Sales Specialist, your typical responsibilities include: Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs. Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests. Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required. Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays. Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations. Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized. Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment. Participate in (annual) physical inventory Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent John Deere Parts experience or 3+ years other parts experience, preferably automotive or other comparable equipment Safely operate a forklift, must be able to obtain forklift certification Strong verbal communication skills and customer service experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills   Physical Requirements: Regular and timely attendance is required. Participates in all job-related training and development. Able to move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
