Overview:

This position requires an individual with introductory level engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Engineering Managers in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in manufacturing pilot batches.
• Assist in tooling projects.
• Assist in root cause analysis for manufacturing problems.
• Assist in the updating of engineering documents as directed by the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Physical strength to lift and/or carry minimum of 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Computer: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Auto CAD.
• Team cooperation – maintain positive/cooperative attitude with all employees of Laticrete and customers.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma.
• College Degree in Engineering currently in Progress. Chemical Engineering preferred.
