Job DetailsJob Location: Bethany Children's Health Center - Bethany, OK 73008Job Shift: Indirect CareThe Activities of Daily Living Specialist (ADLS) Supervisor provides frontline leadership and support to ADLS staff. This role serves as a key liaison between direct care staff and department leadership, in addition to helping ensure continuity of care. The supervisor supports daily operations, timekeeping, performance coaching, and basic personnel matters while promoting patient safety and team collaboration.   Supervises ADLS staff and the daily duties performed for direct patient care activities to ensure continuity as part of an interdisciplinary team. 30% Oversees training, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of ADLS staff, reinforcing best practices and prioritizing patient safety. 20% Performs administrative duties such as recordkeeping including attendance, incident reports, and initial disciplinary actions in accordance with hospital policy. 20% Coaches for performance improvement and development.  Completes the performance review process in partnership with leadership team. 15% Maintains staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, supports appropriate real-time adjustments as needed.  Evaluates staffing needs and communicates staffing concerns, ADLS workflow, and operational issues to department leadership. 10% Other duties as assigned. 5% Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Rehabilitation, or related degree required. Experience: 4 + years in healthcare or childcare required. 2 + years in leadership required.
