Lawn Maintenance Technician — Full Time

Location: Bridgeville, PA

Pay: $18–$25/hr (based on experience and performance)

Hours: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM | 8–12 hour shifts | 40+ hours/week

We're hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing lawn care division. This role involves hands-on work including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal lawn cleanups. We service both residential and commercial properties — every property is different, and no day is exactly the same.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to grow with a company that values and invests in its team.

The Season:

March 20 – November 20
You’ll qualify for seasonal unemployment in the off-season (we’ll help get you set up), and we often have winter work available as well.
