Office Location: Bethel, CT 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Experience & Service Coordinator.  The Customer Experience & Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after installation. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project with the company. 

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of customer closets, home offices, media centers, wall-beds, garage cabinets, pantries, and more!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to installations and post-install service
  • Calmly resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Conduct post-install follow-up calls and emails 
  • Support the sales team through customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes
  • Administrative tasks including data entry
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven customer service or client support experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional tone
  • Ability to remain calm and ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and maintain company processes with consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
