J.W. Rook & Son Inc, is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts.聽

Responsibilities:
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Supports Customers with direct services and sales related activities
- Develop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policies
- Round out and provide analysis on renewal strategies
- Maintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rate
- Meet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers
