sSpecial Testing Labs, a construction materials testing & inspection firm in Bethel, CT is seeking a part-time Clerical Assistant to provide general office, clerical, and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include the typing, emailing and filing of reports, answering phones, and the operation of appropriate office equipment and computers. Work closely with managers, and other staff as required. Must be able to lift 20 or more lbs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate with some office experience
Proficiency in Word
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Access and Excel or ability to learn
Ability to learn additional software as required
Ability to multitask
Ability to work well with clients and staff in a professional manner
Good written and oral communication skills
Presentable demeanor
