You Are 
The Business Analyst will serve in direct support of the Program Manager and CIO and will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

 Responsibilities

  • Use available system resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement, to determine the most useful business solution.
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.
  • Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.
  • Track and manage organizational taskers.
  • Manage the departments In and Out-processing activity.
  • Create and provide daily or weekly work reports as required to management.
  • Process DMLSS orders and tracks orders from submission through fulfillment.
  • Ensure the department is in compliance with time keeping systems.
  • Coordinate the departments visitor passes, parking and overall base access.
  • Engage directly with department heads to coordinate meeting attendance and availability.
  • Assist with setup and presentation of monthly meetings.
  • Coordinate new staff training.
  • Maintain organizational charts, document templates and department SOPs.
  • Manage CIO and IT department calendars.
  • Record meeting minutes for all meetings they facilitate or as designated.
  • Support other Information Technology Department (ITD) Branches as needed.

Here's What You Need
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Knowledge of DoD onboarding process, including TASS.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Salary
Dependent on Experience (DOE). Compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
