Peel Properties, LLC is an owner-managed real estate company with commercial buildings, apartments, and a marina in the DC, MD, and VA areas. The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at College Parks Apartments located in Salisbury, Maryland. Maintenance Technician needed for apartment turn work.

Responsibilities

Performs routine maintainance of the grounds, buildings and apartments
Inspect, maintain repair and replace building mechanical and electrical systems; dry-wall repair, painting, plumbing.
A/C certified is a plus
Ability to do ceramic tile work
Detailed oriented
Respond to emergency maintenance request as required (On-Call duties on a rotational basis)
Good time management
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Valid Driver’s License with own transportation and hand tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of general building maintenance.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, tenants, contractors, and the general public.
Bilingual is a plus
Must be able to take direction.
Must eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a background screening
Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable form of transportation
