The Senior Manager, Marriott Media Network (MMN) Data Product is responsible for developing and managing data solutions that power Marriott’s media network capabilities. This role ensures accurate ingestion, harmonization, and governance of media-related data to enable precision marketing, campaign performance transparency, and strategic decision-making for Marriott and its advertising partners.

This position may support one or more of the following data product domains:

  • Audience Data Product: Focused on audience segmentation, targeting, and enrichment for media campaigns.
  • Core Data Product: Responsible for foundational data infrastructure and integration powering MMN capabilities.
  • Measurement Data Product : Dedicated to analytics and performance measurement for media campaigns and advertiser reporting.

As a key contributor within the Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization, this leader translates media network requirements into actionable data product features, collaborates across marketing, loyalty, digital, and technology teams, and drives adoption of enriched datasets. Through agile delivery and continuous improvement, the Senior Manager ensures that MMN data products deliver measurable value, foster transparency, and strengthen Marriott’s position as a leading hospitality media platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+years of experience in data product management, media analytics, or advertising technology
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and media data ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze large data sets across distributed platforms and data domains (SQL and/or Python preferred)
  • Experience with ETL processes, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms
  • Skilled in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and advertising compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate media network requirements into data product features and use cases across audience, core, and measurement domains
  • Develop and manage dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools for campaign performance and audience insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, loyalty, digital, and technology teams to deliver scalable media data solutions
  • Monitor data quality, compliance, and performance metrics for MMN programs
  • Document integration processes and ensure alignment with governance and privacy standards
  • Support UAT and system demos for MMN-related enhancements
  • Partner with Product Owner to align backlog priorities with media network goals
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize media data usage and campaign measurement
  • Promote agile delivery and continuous improvement in MMN data capabilities
  • Ensure data products support transparency and actionable insights for advertisers and internal stakeholders
