Executive Opportunity

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the oversight of complex and high-risk organizational programs and projects. Lead teams through all phases of a work stream to include concept ideation, development, implementation, and closeout. Oversee the workflow structure, critical path, and change control. Supervise staff and manage a budget, schedules, and project operations. Ensure that required resources are available. Serve as a liaison with organizational peers and sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders. Maintain primary responsibility for risk management, quality client service, quality implementation and growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with leading mid to large programs or projects

• Knowledge of the government procurement life cycle

• Ability to lead teams to deliver financial and technical performance in line with or exceeding client expectations

• Ability to develop and mentor teams

• Bachelor's degree
