This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has an interest in sports and athletic recovery. The Recovery Suite Concierge plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in our Recovery Suite. This position reports to the Courted Recovery Suite Manager. 聽 Key Responsibilities: 路 Greet clients, check them in and out, and manage consent forms using the Zenoti platform. 路 Maintain client records and keep retail shelves organized and stocked. 路 Handle appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and rebookings. 路 Sell memberships and create customized packages based on client visit history. 路 Follow up with new leads and extend personalized offers to returning clients. 路 Manage employee scheduling based on demand, group bookings, and staff availability. 路 Conduct monthly inventory counts for both professional and retail products. 路 Coordinate services for group bookings, including scheduling, deposits, and contracts. 路 Review and verify invoices to ensure correct processing of packages, memberships, discounts, and product usage. 路 Assist the medical practitioner with supplies, treatment setup, and client preparation. 聽 Qualifications: 路 1+ years of experience in a luxury or high-end customer service environment. 路 Passion for sports, fitness, or athletic recovery and a desire to enhance the client experience. 路 Comfortable using desktop, mobile, and tablet-based technology. 路 Strong communication skills鈥攂oth written and verbal. 路 Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 路 Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. 路 Professional, upbeat, and guest-focused attitude. 路 Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in the sports and wellness industry is a plus. 聽 Get to know us better: www.thestjames.com https://www.thestjames.com/stj-sports www.thestjames.com/careers 聽 Instagram: @thestjames, @thestj_sports, @thestjamesperfomanceclub @courtedspa 聽 No unsolicited agency referrals please. 聽 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: For more information, please visit our website: http://www.thestjames.com The St. James is an equal opportunity employer.
